Registered Manager

To manage and assure the smooth running of and co-ordinate the child care services of a designated residential home in conjunction with current legislation, regulations, standards and the company’s policies and procedures.

To be responsible for the management of professional staff and for the care they provide for the children and young people within the home. 

Deputy Manager

Responsible to the Homes Manager in providing effective leadership and for the safe and efficient management of the Home. To be responsible for leading and managing a team of residential workers whilst on shift, taking full responsibility for managing the establishment, (including the staff, the resources and the fabric of the building) and the welfare of the children and young people in the absence of the homes Manager.

Team Leader

Under the supervision of the Registered Manager or other competent person participates in, and supervises, the safe and efficient delivery of care to Residents, as one of the home’s Key Workers, and provides flexible support services within the Home as required. Deputises for the Deputy Manager in his/hers absence to continue support to the Registered Manger.

Qualified Residential Support Worker

Under the supervision of the Registered Manager or other competent person participates in, and supervises, the safe and efficient delivery of care to Residents, as one of the home’s Key Workers, and provides flexible support services within the Home as required. Deputises for the Deputy Manager in his/hers absence to continue support to the Registered Manger.

Residential Support Worker

Under the supervision of the Registered Manager or other competent person participates in the safe and efficient delivery of care to Residents and provides flexible support services within the Home as required.
