Wow Factor
We are particularly proud of our WOW factor programme. It’s a twelve step process for women to improve their chances of progression. Ideally it’s a two day programme but can be delivered in modular format, over the web or as part of a DVD distance learning programme.
It’s straightforward and easy to apply with strategies and tips that can be applied today to make women’s working life more straightforward.
It addresses the difference in male and female working patterns and strategies, building awareness and therefore improving life at work.
Put succinctly it works because the delegates tell us so.
