"I found the Wow factor enlightening. It made me think of how others perceive me & my standards. I found it valuable in dealing with other domineering people in meetings, which I intend to use this morning."

"Would like to esteem you on your presentation at the PA Training Day at the Ricoh Arena on Monday 3 March 2008 (despite the fire evacuation!) You were easy to listen to, clear and I feel I've come away with some stress management tips to apply both at work and at home."

"The WOW factor DVDs are great! I thought you came across very well in both of them and great to have the summary points at the end of each section... I did take a few points away from it and have started to really scrutinise the emails I send to make sure they get to the point very quickly!"

Many thanks for your super talk on Friday at Tickton Grange. I really enjoyed it as did other delegates. I've just read through the conference evaluations; everyone was very positive about your contribution and used words like 'spot-on', energetic, down to earth and relevant. It was a perfect after lunch talk and re-vitalised the conference at what is a traditionally difficult time slot to fill.
Thank you for helping make the conference a real success. I do enjoy working with you and hope that we can keep up this link."

"I was so hooked on the Wow Factor! It’s so practical and interesting because it’s relevant even to my MBA programme. There are many things I would have done differently. Like taking on too many tasks as well as keeping some cards close to the chest. In your words. ‘Fabulous’."

"Can I just say, I have found the Wow Factor clips really useful. Some of the ideas I find I do and use already and find that they work; it is nice to know when you are heading in the right direction. Other points are things I will adopt and try to use in the future.
It is quite interesting to find that the issues experienced by women when asking and answering questions and general behaviour in meetings are quite widespread. This is something I previously would have put down to my being younger and relatively less experienced within the workplace. In some meetings I may not fully understand some of the issues at first, and tend to sit quiet until I have a better picture and feel more able to contribute, but now I feel I should ask for clarification earlier on in the meetings and will aim to do this in future."

"I found the WOW factor really helpful as I do find it difficult with self promotion. I am now becoming more involved with workshops across the company, & believe that this is helping to start those relationships that could help me in the future. Listing your achievements reminds yourself of what you have achieved over the years, & reminds you of what you have done successfully, & where you can improve. Very valuable."

"All the WOW factor videos were excellent and certainly very worthwhile listening to. I took notes as you went along to ensure that, where I felt I could improve on certain points, I would remember your points. Thank you and thanks for your useful tips.”
