At www.URhired.co.uk we specialise in progressing women at work and in business.
We do this by offering a range of specially designed services including Training, Consultancy, Seminars and through our forum. We work with organisations who want to improve their gender balance and women who want to improve their promotion prospects.
So what are our origins?
www.URhired.co.uk is the creation of former Apprentice contestant Jo Cameron. She launched www.URhired.co.uk as a result of her academic and professional background. Of course the catchy name helps too!!
Before the Apprentice, her career spanned many years at a senior level in the motor industry. She gathered a reputation as an enthusiastic, yet resilient senior manager in a world mostly populated by men.
Jo has an Engineering background and her academic career includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management qualifying her as a member of the CIPD. Her Masters Degree in HRM also underpins the specialist work at www.URhired.co.uk ensuring that clients get the most informed and up to date guidance.
She is also a trained coach which brings an extra, powerful dimension to all our programmes.
URhired is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses and Jo is personally a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) ensuring professionalism and consistency throughout all our work.
